Refund policy

Our refund policy is all sales are final. Unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned (customized gifts)

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Return (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

 

If you are approved then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

 

Exchange( if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defected or damaged. If you need to change it for the same item, send us an email at Mayanprincesscustoms88@gmail.com and we will let you know where to send your item to. 

 

Shipping

our products are shipped with using the following carriers: USPS, FedEx, and UPS. To return your product, you should mail your product to 14906 sugar cup CT Sugar land TX 77498. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If we are shipping internationally we are not responsible for any fees including but not limited to COD (cash on delivery, brokerage fees, customers, or duties fees.) It is your responsibility to pay for them. By placing an international order you agree to these terms. 

We offer route shipping for all orders. if an order is lost or damaged or stolen we do not assume responsibility. You must file a claim with Route and or USPS, UPS, or FedEx. 

If the route is not selected at shipping and your item was last, damaged, or stolen please contact us for further options. 

Mayan Princess customs does not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders, although please let me know if there is a problem or mistake with your order within 48 hours of delivery. Thank you!
